Registration Information
The following items will be needed in order to complete your child’s registration:
- Completed registration form (see below)
- Completed Student Information Sheet (see below)
- Child’s original birth certificate
- Virginia Physical Form with current immunization list and physician’s signature (due by the first day of school)
- Nonrefundable registration fee of $75.00 for the first child and $35.00 per each additional child.
- One-time Supply Fee $125.00 (nonrefundable)
- Tuition for the three-day program (M/W/F) is $1,980.00, which is payable in nine monthly installments of $220.00 per month. See the registration forms below for further details.
